Converting WMA files to AAC format HELP

I have recently gotten an iPhone and I am trying to put all my music on to it but with a good few albums it gives me a message telling me that my files are in WMA fornat and that iTunes will convert them to AAC format automatically. I click convert and nothing happens. I have most of these in CD format beside but I dont…

I have most of these in CD format beside but I dont feel like ripping them all again to add them to my iPhone so can anyone help?
I have already googled a solution but got nothing I didnt have to pay for!
