Where would I get one in Dublin - Youtube quality is all I need ... not Hollywood.

Cannot find anything in Dublin ... surely there must be someplace that sells something suitable - have been on to Peats and Hallcameras .. don't have any.

Edit: Basically, I just want to record some clips (eg. gardening, with somebody filming me) for Youtube - but when I use the camcorder on its own - it is not picking up my voice very well ... I would not really be more than 10 or 12 ft away from camera in anything I want to record .. and I am a newby. Thanks.

When you consider a "pro" wireless mic kit costs around 600 euro, I'd say that was worth a punt at 15 bucks.

Can't tell you how good or bad it will be but for that price it might just do the job for you.

Thanks keefg - spotted this one since in Uk - spoke to seller by email and he can get it to Ireland in a few of days - am ordering it.

Ah well - I did say that I am a newby ... there's the first mistake ..

assumed when I saw 'clip-on' that it was wireless ...

after buying, I looked at what I was getting .. and saw a wire

not to worry ... 22 bucks ... getting away lightly enough for this lesson!

So I am still in the market for a wireless solution.
