Windows won't download updates

Hi, My windows won't download new updates. It's giving an error message. Also my internet is running at snails pace and most pages won't open at all. I've ran Malawarebytes scan and a Superantispyware scan and they have picked nothing up. My AVG daily scan has also picked up nothing :confused: I'm posting this from my work…

Can you let us know the error message?

What version of windows?

Delete the temporary internet files, history and cookies.

I will post up the error message when I get home in a few hours.

I cleared all history cookies etc already before all my scans.
