Its my brothers 42" LCD, I value my life and health (which would probably be damaged if I tried to throw such a large TV away)!!!!!Throw away the TV!Do you prefer tap or bottled water?
Tap, as its all the same and as I drink 2l a day that equates to over 700l bottles to be recycled a year, so I just reuse my Camelbak bottle!!!

heh, at the moment im on a hard out kick of S*M*A*S*H's album 'Self-Abused'. Most of the lyrics have been scrawled onto my bedroom wall in permanant marker over the last 48hrs...

Go for a walk / beer / narcotics / training / play football / computer games. Not necessarily all at the same time :P

Eat breakfast, then walk You'll be much better for it, and have more energy for your walk. You'll come back refreshed, rather than tired
