Engine Oil for Citroen Berlingo

Just wondering what would be the best engine oil for a 03' Citroen Berlingo 1.9 non turbo......I've heard 5w-40 but don't know if this is correct! Also, semi or full synthetic?

5w-40 or 10w-40, check castrol.co.uk. The 5w-40 will be more expensive and should be better lasting.
