    Anyone know about having a hog / pig on a spit for main wedding?
    We are catering at home in a marquee, and can use any advice

    Hiya, a friend of mine was at a party recently where they had this. He said it was amazing. The company that did it have a website but Im not sure if I can post it here so if you like you can PM me and I will send it to you.

    i've been at a function where these guys catered, so it's the only one i can attest to personally. and man, was it yum... :p
