Well, if things stay the same in the other match & South Africa score another 5 goals, they'll go through!

Thought Mexico game was still scoreless. Result needed there even if SA do get 5.

That's 'Le France' you philistine! :)

Not exactly. The score in the Mex-Uru game could help break down that number.

Yeah, that'll be pretty low scoring I'd imagine, 0-0 or 1-1. Can't see either of them killing themselves when they both go through with a draw.

Just realised I stuck a fiver on there being a red card in this game. Nice!

Very short sighted. It's easier to beat Mexico/Uruguay than Argentina. I'd be playing for the win.

Quel Désastre! SA goal was a handball, btw. Shoulder counts as handball, doesn't it? I know it didn't look deliberate, but still.

Come on SA. Direct free kick. Keep it low.

    Edit: damn jalapeno ball!

Thats the third player in my Fifa fantasy squad off now..

Gourcuff, Khune and Cahill... Two of them- (first two) were sent off in first game of round...

At least Gourcuff wasnt my captain.... thank god for small mercies...

SA 2-0 now...They may stay in this tourny..

    Poor aul France

Could be the 2nd World Cup in the last ten years France go out of without even scoring a goal. :D

Even Australia and North Korea have scored!!

    Le Rubbish!

God I hope so. I have a feeling that FIFA believed that France would be more entertaining to watch in the WC and based their decision not to have a replay of the Ireland match on it

    Uruguay 1-0 up on Mexico.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 22,559 ✭✭✭✭AnonoBoy

There's no way that'll stay the same though - Mexico will come back.

One more for Uruguay and one more for SA and I think SA go through on goals scored.

I think you're right. But I can't see Mexico not scoring at least one.
