4chan catches guy on chatroulette exposing himself to an apparent 8 year old.

    see this is like that program on FX a while back, "to catch a predator", basically they set up a dummy house and went on local chatrooms, waited for pedo's to take the bait, turn up at the house, etc, and then had them arrested on cam.

    now the thing i saw, or most of it anyway, was that these pedo's were basically as dumb as fcuk. same thing here with this guy, people can say what they want about how 4chan "ruined his life", etc, load of nonsens, and i hate to sound inflammatory here but a pedo is still a pedo, and this guy was getting his jollies on cam with what he thought was an eight year old boy. he doesnt look like the technologically savvy type anyway, thats for sure!

    i want to be able to say "so maybe not the most dagerous pedo then, more of an idiot really", but there's still that overwhelming thought in my head that this guy could have done much worse IRL if the opportunity had presented itself, same as the dozy fcuks on that dateline program (and yes, it was all scarmongery type stuff in typical over-dramatised american fashion).

    basically where im going with this is that all these idiots, are easy pickings, and peoplle skit and laugh at how they were "pwned", etc, while there are far more dangerous fcukers on the internet that will never be caught, or at least never easily caught anyway!

    what pisses me off even about this story is the guy who caught him, saying "oh give me a reason not to turn this over to the authorities", shite!

    simple as this really- one more scumbag life ruined, and rightly so, who gives a damn for explanations after that, the fact is the intention was there to ruin a childs life.

    That would be a great post... if there wasn't a 95% possibility of the pic being completey fake to begin with, and the guy actually had nothing to do with an 8 yo old boy. To start with, the font isn't even the chatroulette font. And that's just what's noticeable at a glance.

    And I guess you didn't bother to read posts # 27 & 30 in this thread either.

    And it's nothing like 'To Catch A Predator', BTW - this is just basic photoshop.

    i read post 27, i was busily typing and i missed post 30, but they're only proving that it can be done? i dont get your point?

    but you're right, i didnt spend too much time reading the whole thing... :o

    i only read i guess where the guy had removed his FB profile, bleated about how his life was ruined, etc, ah just the whole idea that this was somehow "for the lulz" is what i find sickening really tbh...

    I saw this all kick off on 4chan last week. As far as I remember he was a web designer.
