    ya its out the gort road, bout a mile from town centre, grand and quite
    there is a lidl store a stones throw away, and swimming pool & leisure centre in the Auburn hotel, ballyalla lake just down the road,

    If you are thinking about buying one of the apartments, fantastic deal but it is a flood plain and that area was seriously under water at christmas!

    Friends of mine living in that estate, while the river behind it was very high it didnt come near to flooding that particular estate but apparently the hotel car park was a bit flooded behind it but its a bit lower lying.

    If it didnt flood last year its probably not going to

    Yes, eventhough it's near the Fergus it never flooded!
