    Not exactly the same but if you check out the "Grid" foam roller from Irish Fit/Physio Supplies it is similar (about half way down the page).

    I have one myself and it is great for really working tight areas. I would usually use the normal smooth roller first and then any muscles I wanted to really focus on would get the grid treatment.

    Their public retail outlet is out in Dun Laoghaire, about 10 minutes from the Dart (across from the Ericsson Offices)

    We have this one, it's a smooth one too. I can't recommend it highly enough... the foam ones we had didn't last very long.

    i got this one and a good bit harder than the standard foam roll and will never get soft
