    Anyone interested in a run in the Tallaght/Firhouse/Knocklyon area (anywhere near enough really)

    Pace: 7.00-7.30

    15 miles though if people are doing shorter can do few miles before meet up or after. If anyone interested let me know and we can arrange time/ meeting point?

    Just picked up this tread, and if there is a bit of a group going, wouldnt mind joining ??? I do the raheny or Sutton loops on a sunday morning anyway... Prob do a 8 -10 this sunday around there ... Anyway if still on let me know...

    Will do, Wont be doing it this weekend myself as there is a race on, but the week after I should be doing it again, will let you know.

    doing a hour around St. Annes this evening 6.40ish pace 2nd 30 mins with 10x1min pick ups with 1mins/90's easy inbetween

    from 6.30pm tennis court car park if anybody want to join in?

    Actually heading out to Raheny in a few mins. Parking in the Tenis Courts.

    Would love to do a decient pace session, hovever the legs are still in bits from the Doclands 8k on Tuesday. Just doing a slow 8 mile loop down howth Rd, Seafront and back up Howth Rd.

    Would be interested a more structured Thursday session however ...
