    Hi there

My Dad was made redundant but was let keep his laptop.

Outlook was configured to the employer domain and he would like to keep his mails but link outlook with his MSN account.

Would this be the right way to do what he wants:

Create a back up of the .pst from outlook
Remove laptop from the employer domain
    Remove and Reinstall outlook
Configure to link with his MSN mail
    Reload the .pst

I would like to know if this is the right way of going about it first as he doesn’t want to lose any of the mails he already has

    Thanks!

All you need to do is go into the Accounts section of Outlook (Tools->Accounts) and remove the Outlook account. Then just add his MSN account.

If the Employer Outlook account isn't in the the Accounts window then try Control Panel->Mailboxes and see if it's there..

Backup the .PST file before you try any of this.
