i think they're closed at the moment. remembering seeing something on the site about being closed for 2 weeks for holidays or something.

They were closed from 2nd June til last friday 11th. Chances are their site is backed up with queries etc. For the record I bought my 6700 groupset off them 3 weeks ago & they are very good to deal with. I've mailed them couple of times and got prompt responses.
