Mazda Rx8 Road Tax rate

Hi all, May be a dumb question but does a Mazda RX8 with an engine displacement of 1300 cc i.e. 2004 model, equal the pre 08 road tax rate for a 'normal' (non wankel) 1300 cc car? Thanks

just under 1800cc its taxed as
