removing popups on mozilla firefox

Hi there when using m fire fox we keep getting popups about downloading games and ring tones. think this was due to down loading trial games, to combat this we have uninstalled all games down loaded but still no joy. popups happen only when using fire fox its grand on internet explorer. would use internet explorer all the…

would use internet explorer all the time but having problems with down loading new adobe flash player

Please download DDS and save it to your desktop.
Disable any script blocking protection

Double click dds.pif to run the tool.

When done, two DDS.txts will open.

Save both reports to your desktop.

Please include the contents of the following in your next reply:

DDS.txt
Attach.txt.
