    sold by a marketplace seller, eg. a seperate company, so amazon cant cancel it

    No reponse yet. Money hasn't left the credit card either so don't know if the item will be dispatched :(

    I suppose no news is good news :) In the email I got straight after ordering they said the item will be dispatched either on the 7th or the 8th, so we just have to stay positive.

    I didn't get that email. I got nothing, so i'm a bit apprehensive.

    I seem to remember getting a "dispatched" email from a marketplace seller, only for an email to arrive 3 days later saying the order wouldn't be honoured.
    Same sort of scenario as above...price was low, rose for a few hours, went back down again, etc.

    Not to put a downer on things like, but be prepared for the worst.
