Yep, I thought same when I saw the sign; big deal 3 for price of 2... Its actually 3 x 2ltr for €2! Don't know how they do it but its on till late June.

They are limited to 6 per customer but that's easy to get around. Applies to all the coke type's and fanta.

Happy belching... Kids were locing it today; belching all the way to bed.

Depends on staff too, I think some might resent working in tesco and so are only to happy to give refunds.

I got burger rolls and bars for free the other day. The bars were short dated and had a new label covering them, but the old barcode was sticking out and scanned by mistake. I was expecting just to pay the proper price as it was not a true misprice. Also the rolls were in a section and it was not clear if they were the ones on offer, I was in the mood for a good rant as I hate this practise -but she just believed me and did not go off checking like they usually do.

I complained about being over charged on an item that had been reduced and thought id get a refund of the difference.

I got the item for free, apparently its tesco policy???;)

    Good policy to ME thinks:D:D

Generally I have always found the labelling and offers consistent in Tesco, still check the receipt though! I would have thought that in these days of technology they would a single consistent system across all stores.

I am always cagey about offers in some other stores; Superquinn in particular - the advertised offers are sometimes elusive!

Pepsi and Pepsi Max 2lt are BOGOF in Tesco's - effectively 92cent each.

Think there was like a mistake when the offer started first because i got mine 3 for €2.00 and went back over the following day to stock up and it was the 3 for the price of 2!

Think I might go back with my receipt and tell them it was a pricing mistake and get my €2 back :D

    3 for 0 - beat that!

I find over 50% of the time the single bottles are cheaper per bottle than in mulitpacks in tesco. This goes for a lot of items. I like when they do this since I DO actually bother to check, so people paying over the odds allows them to put better offers on for those who do bother to check.
