Process com.htc.bg error

    I'm using a HTC Desire and I am getting the error "The process com.htc.bg has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again"

    After some research, it seems to be related to the Facebook for HTC Sense account sync. I liked having my contexts synced with Facebook on the Hero so I want to stick with it. Irritatingly, it's partially syncing. Some with pics, some without. Some with updates, some without.

    Has anyone gotten this resolved? I'm fully up to date on firmware and I've tried a number of things from setting up it manually, linking manually etc.

    Woo! Have much googling, I seem to have found a workaround.

    My surname is O'Brien. I changed it to O Brien on my facebook account, and it worked. Synced up perfectly straight away. That's quite an irritating, and a "I can't believe they missed that...", bug, but it's fixed now thankfully.
