    Favourite film and why?

    Favourite film and why?
Pulp Fiction - I'm a huge Tarantino fan, great music and it's incredibly quotable.

Do you have any movies that you think are so bad they're hilarious?

Stand By Me - just thinks it's a film that we can all kinda relate to when we were that age and had, what you thought, would be a little gang of friends that would be part of your life forever, where life was so good that you never wanted it to change, where the future turns out so differently, etc.

Taking up any new past times for the Summer?

Hosting a variety of teenagers from different countries and giving them conversational English practice over meals!!!!! Should be a hoot, especially as the French and Italian parents have asked if I would mind their offspring preparing the odd meal from their own region. What me? Quite an adverture ahead I think!!

Speaking of food; If you could have a truly romantic evening in cool atmospheric surroundings, what type of location would you choose and what would the 3 courses consist of?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,146 ✭✭✭✭cena

probaly some where near a beach or with a really good view. not sure what i would on the 3 course.

    favourite song at the moment?

Ever done the Women's Mini-Marathon, did you run or walk it, and what was your finishing time?

This year will be my third year, I walk it with family and usually finish in about 2 hours.

Yes! I keep meaning to give up bread. Makes me way to bloated. But I just love it so much!

Goodness no. I'm as pale as they come unfortunately.
Wouldn't mind a bit of a colour to take away from the blue hue but sitting in the sun just makes me sizzle. I haven't got the patience for fake tan either so it's au naturale all the way for me.

    Fake tan yay/nay?

No, it usually looks silly. I put on a bit on Xen Tan gradual blah blah blah if I want a bit of colour, because it usually doesn't come out orange. But that's only if I have some sorta occasion where I have to wear a light dress going on. I don't understand how many girls can't go on a night out without fake tan.

Have you ever got addicted to a facebook application thing?

    Yup, I love puzzles!

Best and worst things about being a girl?

  • Hosted Moderators Posts: 11,362 ✭✭✭✭Scarinae

Best things - Being able to express my emotions whenever I want. Being able to hug everyone. Not getting erections at awkward moments.

Worst things - Some men assuming you aren't as intelligent/able because you are female. Being expected to care so much about my appearance and weight. Marketing of pink products (a pink camera doesn't necessarily mean better camera!)

Any plans for the long weekend?

Out Thursday, Saturday (hoping to not meet ex), Sunday to celebrate having a final honour degree and never have to walk into college again!!!! Going to the beach Friday and camping there until Saturday and Monday to sun my self and realx :D:D:D First real weekend where I have nothing to do since I finished my thesis!!!

    Do you like camping??

  • Hosted Moderators Posts: 11,362 ✭✭✭✭Scarinae

I love camping! Food tastes so much better when it is cooked outside, the best way to wake up is from your tent filling with light as the birds are singing, and animals wandering through your campsite is awesome. I also love the peace of being outside especially if you're really in the wilderness

Can you play any musical instruments?

Countless petty little arguments with my brother over nothing. We're the best of friends but no one can annoy you as much as a sibling!
