Was in gamestop in cork city and they had band hero in there trade in deal in went down to game and picked up winter games for the ps3 for 13 euro but if you buy 2 you get 5 euros off then trade it in in gamestop and got the full band set for 23 euros for the ps3 and the set was 180 euros on the box good deal or what you…

I got mine in Rathmines. They had one left yesterday for the Wii but it was reserved. According the the guy in the store, this offer has been running since Sunday and most were bought on the first day:(

Cant believe this isnt like the most popular bargain alert ever. This retails online for like 120 pounds!

Cheers OP, just after getting this in Gamestop in the St Stephen's Green shopping centre. Girl in the shop said they had a few left as well.

I'd almost be tempted to get the DJ Hero set as well....

I just got one :cool:

I asked them if they would allow me to buy a sh!tty game in there and trade it back in to save me the trip across the road to HMV. They said no lol.

My back is broke from carrying the thing across town to my car.

If any of ye have trouble finding the drum sticks, Look under the Green Drum on the right hand side. Theyre hidden quite skillfully IMO...

People believed you from fairly early in the thread. The problem was they couldn't understand the english in your original post. Once a few people worked together to figure it out they realised it's a good deal!

Is a good deal to be fair, but I don't really want or need it, would probably hardly ever use them!

Just rang up the gamestop in galway, band hero is in fact 10euro if you trade in just ONE game. This game does not necessarily have to be over 15euro value, but has to be quote "recent and decent", and there is no way of knowing whether or not the game you intend on trading in is adequate without specifically inquiring about said game. But if everything's cool, then band hero's yours for a tenner!

Love to know if anyone successfully attempted HMV trade-in scam by the way??
