Cost of Rent Dublin 7

According to the Daft report the asking cost of rent in the Dublin 7 area should be in the region of less that 1000 per month,

Can anyone let me know of any "decent", modern and clean apartments going for the amount? Looking for a place to move into asap, and the prices are 1200 - 1300 which to be fair is a mortgage, the most id pay is 1000 - Anyone? - Thanks.

Loads of places it seems. You could probably get €100 of those prices as well.

The only place I could imagine in Dublin 7 that your 1200-1300 figure for an apartment comes from would be from Smithfield, which is sadly still suffering massive delusions of grandeur.

Personally in that area I'd sooner live in Phibsborough or Stoneybatter, or if it doesn't have to be Dublin 7, then Drumcondra.

You don't give us much detail on the number of bedrooms etc, but I've seen nice 3 bed houses for rent in Dublin 7 for 1200, so there'd no way I'd consider an apartment for that amount.
