hey my hair is very brittle at the moment. i think its because of my diet... what foods should i be eating for healthy strong hair that grows fast??

Get plenty of protein, healthy fats, and some gelatin is good.

Cod liver oil capsules help. Also stop drinking for a while and (granted this is anecdotal evidence) your hair will grow way faster... at least mine did.
