Given that it's after 12, I just have to put this up as my Friday track. Picked this up over the last few days and seriously loving it... good to see Mr Gabriel still putting out excellent tunes.

It's over 12 minutes long but the youtube limit is 11 mins so cut a bit short unfortunately.

Haven't listened to much of Andy Stott's other stuff - will check those out. Love the Night Jewel track, when I heard it first I thought it was very different to the rest of the stuff out - pretty unique

I picked up a D. Diggler ep last month on vinyl - Decade One. I posted up on another thread the Regenwald track from it which is pretty savage, there's 4 tracks on the ep - this other one also sounds really nice on vinyl. Not as nice on youtube, but still a nice deep track

Yeah that Russ Gabriel track is pretty addictive alright. All of his stuff is, yet to come across a bad track - his album 'Voltage Control' from 1994 is unreal.

I was listening to Acperience 1 by Hardfloor earlier and then remember this even better tune in my opinion, loved this and listening again now, still do! Bought it in that shop beside Abbey in the Abbey Mall, can never remember the name.

I remember stumbling across an original Hardtrance Acperience EP in Abbey Discs, couldn't believe my luck. Acperience 1 all the way for me - I know it's been played to death over the years, but still does it for me. Every time.

haha - I was thinking someone might bait me for saying that alright. In fairness back then I probably did prefer Acperience but I think in terms of it being played so much I just can't listen to it as much now. It used to annoy me actually as a track to mix - by the time I'd reach a point in my set where I'd want to lash it in, the BPMs were too much, it would be right up at +8 and not happening!

Yea I know what you mean - back then it was pretty slow compared to a lot of the stuff I was listening to! Have you listened to any Platipus/React/Prolekult stuff recently? You're not mixing Acperience into that stuff!

Pick apart my sets brother! Those huge tunes tend to work best in that sort of context. The drop in question is at the second timed comment, you'll find a few belters thrown in afterwards. Mark Broom - Melting Pot is a personal favourite as well.
