Worst day of your life and why?

I know that I have lived a sheltered life, and that plenty of people have had years of which any day would trump my worst, but I recently had what I consider my worst ever day. You nor I want to deal with an explicit account of the reasons why it was my worst day, I shall say no more than it involved a number of quite unsettling realisations which are inevitably going to have very long term and very negative consequences on my life. I realised that a lot of people probably have a day which they consider their worst, and a millions different reasons why that is so.

So what about you, what was the worst day of you life, and if you want, why?

Edit: Ok fair enough I will tell you what happened on my worst day, somebody very close to me has an illness which I found out is terminal, and they will be dead very soon.

So you want to know why peoples days were the worst but don't want to say why yours was?

I'm not sure about mine. Maybe being dumped by someone I loved or something.

/edit actually that was it. A few years ago. Or when my dog died. Saying that when I was 11 my granny died. That was pretty ****ty too.

Didn't effect me personally, mind. But it was the worst day of my life.

As for me, one day I had the munchies...was flat broke and there was no food in the house. :rolleyes: Other than that nothing serious/traumatising comes to mind, thank god
