Alpharooms !!!!!!

Hi,This is my seond post about alpharooms today, my earlier post was about not being able to get through on there phone-lines and i cannot access my on-line account to change a booking with them. i haver been trying unsuccesfully for 2 weeks now.

I am currently onh old 28 Minutes, and probably will be here all night at this rate, i am fast running out of patience with this company- so if your thinking of booking a holiday with Alpharooms - id advise you not too !!!!:mad::mad::mad:

I have just got through to them and been told that they are still dealing with bookings that were cancelled during the ash crisis- and wait for it now - there is 1 girl - yes thats right only 1 girl trained to do ammendments so god only knows where i am in the queue, that is just ridiculous !!!!
She will probably not even get to my booking by the time i go on holidays , so word of warning to anyone out there, dont book with alpharooms !!!

Thats terrible - they must have tens of thousands of bookings affected by the volcano so to have one staff member is a joke. We actively promote alpharooms voucher codes and have always found them very good with customer service but in the past few months they have ahd loads of problems, first with ryanair bookings and now this - its not great when you work hard to promote someone to find the people you refer arent happy with the service they get!

Don't get me going about Alpharooms. I spent easily €50 over a few days calling them from Spain and being left on hold. These guys left me high and dry in Spain, after paying for the hotel booking in full and receiving confirmation e-mail only to find no reservation at the hotel when I arrived. To make matters even more frustrating they called me 2 or 3 times on my mobile then hung up before i managed to get the phone from my pocket and not leaving a voice message. Never again.
