    Hey guys.

I was reading about what people have in their bottles, and some said about electrolytes being useful.
I know there are cycling themed products in shops (at least just pictures) but i have a sachet spare that i got after being sick. Its called Dioralyte. Is it all the same stuff, could I throw that in my bottle on the bike?

    Thanks

i have a friend that uses diorlite, very good stuff!!!, i personally just take Robinsons sugar free orange and pineapple, if im heading out on a long spin say 50k plus especially if its warm i add a pinch of salt.

I have used Dioralyte too, The unflavoured stuff is best.

It's a bit pricey though if you're using it every ride.

You can make the same stuff at almost zero cost with glucose power and salt. Discussion here.
