90's children tv shows

Hi, can anybody help, I really can't remember a kids show i watched in the early 90's. It was a cartoon about babies but there was no adults, the babies were the adults I think? They wore nappys and they would go to a pub and get a drink which would be a bottle of milk! I think it was on rte/network2 but not a hundred…

Was it not called Tir na nog or something ? It was in Irish, was shown on the den (later on TG4) I think ?
