    Is there a app out there that can do this?

    I want to do it now so if there's a app on the phone that would be awesome..

    Use this to rip the youtube clip to mp3 and this to select the part of the mp3 you want as a ring tone.

    many thanks man, ive just used this to create some great ringtones (to suit my taste of course :D)

    although i used http://audiko.net/ to cut the 30 second tone.

    U can cut any song in ur itunes library in the options bar to 30 secs to make ur ringtones.....

    I use this chrome extension and just put the mp3 file to my BlackBerry :cool:
