Can I install Rock and Cydia ?

Can I have Rock and Cydia on my ipod at same time or is there likely to be a conflict between the two ?
I'm using Spirit Jailbreak.

I have both installed with no conflict. You will need Rock for certain apps Asgard as I know!

I have both and no problem but I read somewhere that if ya download an app from say cydia. Make sure ya update it with cydia
