Some people think this condition is a joke, but I've been suffering from vertigo for about six years now and it's practically ruined my life. It's just awful. :(

    Sorry for you Bonerm
It is an awful condition....I've had episodes every so often but had a very bad lengthy episode about 8 years which I wouldn't wish on anyone....
Thank god they haven't released anything lately

So it would have been better if the kid fell to his death, because China has a large population?

I didnt say that. In fact it is quite racist of you to assume that.

What f*cking idiot would take a picture before trying to secure the child as best he can with ropes, belts, holding his hands, anything!

Not being funny here but what are the symptoms of the vertigo you suffered? I used to think that it was only if you were on a height but now I know that's not the case.

Can I ask what you expected people to take from your post then? Because I took the exact same.

    Vertigo: Feeling of dizziness
    Acrophobia: Fear of heights

Vertigo has nothing to do with heights. Height Vertigo has.

    Caoimhín ,
You must get misunderstood alot cos I also got from your post that you thought the kid falling wouldn't matter because of China's large population.

Sad post really if you were trying to be controversial.

So why come back to nibtrix inferring that his assumption was racist seeing as everyone else took exactly the same meaning from it.

I don't really give a fcuk but you tried to defend what you said and failed.

On topic. Is there a load more bars underneath the kid?

vertigo isnt about height its about balance, a friend of mine had it and he was told to stay away from rivers and canals in case he fell in

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,030 ✭✭✭✭Cuddlesworth

I suppose the picture becomes slightly less controversial when you realize their are another set of bars underneath him.

I think this is one of the weirdest news articles I have ever read.

Who the fcuk took the picture? The boy is dangling from his head and they stop to take a picture? Lol... Asia rules.

Fair enough. I'm going to take that that post was a 'wacky' humour fail and also a touch disturbing. Cheers.
