Cycle Routes : Celbridge/ Leixlip / Lucan

Hi guys just wondering if anyone has some suggestions for a 20-25k cycle around the celbridge, leixlip, maynooth circuit, maybe one with a nice bit of variety , know the roads quite well and looking to go main (good ) roads, would like to do maybe 25 k max. weather good so no excuses!

A good 25km circuit I do is:

From Maynooth, take the Dublin road to Leixlip, pass Intel
turn right at the top of Old Hill, towards HP (just after the new Garda St.)
Cross the Liffey at the Canoe club
Turn right at the T-junction and cross the Liffey again in Celbridge
Turn left in the town centre, and follow the road to the Barbarstown r'about
Right around the roundabout and back up to Maynooth

If you can you should a bit further south for a more interesting route with less traffic.

Celbridge - Newcastle - Rathcoole - Kill - Straffan - Celbridge. The roads are quiet and well surfaced particularly between Rathcoole(once you get over Windmillhill) and Kill, and Kill and Straffan.
