Drag them out of a gay bar!

    Hey,

I'm 24 and live in Dublin. . . I've a good mix of friends both gay and straight.

However I find it desperately hard to get the gay ones to do ANYTHING other then go to a gay bar! Even if we begin in a straight bar it will invariably separate, divide and end up in a gay bar.

I'm single and would love to meet a lad, but lets be honest its not gonna happen in the George. So, to get back on topic I'm looking for suggestions to drag them from the gay bar into the real word!

I went to a play last night as part of the gay theater festival and it was savage - any other suggestions more then welcome :)

It may require making new friends. Leopards, spots, etc. There are plenty of sports and activity groups, most of them are aimed at being social and don't require extreme fitness or anything.

How about the Isobels Tower? It's a straight place, but on some nights, it can be a gay place. Usually get a mixed crowd in there.

War at Spy (or whatever it's called) on Fridays is mixed. Always have a good night there.
