    Rewatching DVDs. I'll put one on, thinking that it's nice to have something on while I'm doing something else, then the episode/movie will end and I'll notice that I haven't actually done anything.

    Procrastination refers to the counterproductive deferment of actions or tasks to a later time, therefor, any action, such as fapping or using the internet, are not in themselves acts of procrastination, but actions or tasks within themselves.

    Whilst one may use these actions as distractions, in order to procrastinate about a different & entirely seperate action or task, the act of procrastination is not the afformentioned distraction itself.

    In other words, thread = fail. ;)
