Using a hand pump, meter abd pressure switch.

    Range 4 - 36

    psi is .28 - 2.5

So far i understand, Zero error, Span, Linearty, hystereis.

    I understand ie z = 0% in and span = 100% out.

Could some one show me a full calculation or point me to a web site that shows this. I have been looking on the net for 4 - 5 hours. All im getting is advertising for fluke meters.

Is it adjustable in the range 4 to 36?

    Yes

    Here an easier one.

    input range of 0 -5

    8psi - 70 psi.

    model 604G2

So at 0% what does one bar =
    25% input 2 bar =
    50% input 3 bar =
    75% input 4 bar =
    100% input 5 bar =

These are going to be the rising measurments

OK its one of these then
    http://www.ccsdualsnap.com/catalog/cat12.pdf

I may have got the wrong end of the stick here

So at 0% what does one bar = 8 psi
    25% input 2 bar = 15.5+8 = 23.5 psi
    50% input 3 bar = 31+8 = 39 psi
    75% input 4 bar = 46.5+8 = 54.5 psi
    100% input 5 bar = 62+8 = 70 psi

    range 70 minus 8 =62
    25%0f 62=15.5
    50% 0f 62=31
    75%of62 =46.5

Life saver, thanks for that. Now my notes make sense.

So it works out as this

    0-5

    Range 8 - 70 = 62

    0% at 1 bar 62 by 0% = 0. So 0 + 8 = 8psi
    25% at 2 bar 62 by 25% = 15.5. So 8 + 15.5 = 23.5 psi.
    50% at 3 bar 62 by 50% = 31. So 8 + 31 = 39 psi
    75% at 4 bar 62 by 75% = 46.5. So 8 + 46.5 = 54.5 psi
    100% at 5 bar 62 by 100% = 62. So 8 + 62 = 70 psi

    just worked it out

    8 by 0% = 0. 8 + 0 = 8
    25% by 67 = 16.75 + 8 = 24.74
    50% by 67 = 33.5 + 8 = 41.5
    75% by 67 = 50.24 + 8 = 58.25
    100% by 67 = 67 + 8 = 75
