Doesn't DCU offer some sort of laptop maintainence service?

I thought I remembered someone saying that. Mine got hit with the wmpscfgs.exe trojan, and I've basically been running it on safe mode since. Will they be able to do anything about it?

Yeah, I tried that, I couldn't get into that regedit part (it fudges with the the administrator option)
