Cassette change - Do I need to lengthen my chain?

I'm in need of some advice, I have to change my cassette and chain on my bike and am changing from an 11-30 to a 11-32 cassette. Just before I do, will I need to change my chain length or should I just match the length of the old one? And if so is there any way of knowing how many links extra I leave in? Thanks, Donal.

The difference is only about half a link.
