    Mersin saying it should have only been a yellow for the Sunderland player. I haven't seen it, but by the sounds of it, throwing the ball at the opponents head, sounds like a red to me. Will have a look at it tonight.

    Am I right in thinking as things stand the relegation battle is effectively over with Hull down and Burnley a formality?

    Hull would be down, unless they make up about 20 in goal difference
