Hi, I'm trying to help my son over the phone with a Samsung Netbook NC10. When he accessed the internet, he hit a button somewhere that has caused the viewable screen to reduce to about 2cm square. Hi,
I'm trying to help my son over the phone with a Samsung Netbook NC10. When he accessed the internet, he hit a button somewhere that has caused the viewable screen to reduce to about 2cm square. He can't get it back to full screen view as the screen is too small to read. When he restarts the computer it's OK till he goes into the internet, then all he can see is the small screen again.
Can anybody help please - I'm no techie!:o
