Yesterday my luck seemed to be in. I was calling in to see a mate & he asked me if I fancied a trip to see the Jodrell Bank Radio Telescope. I had to think about that for about 3 nanoseconds before saying YES! The next question was was I allowed to bring the Camera, which was OK. On top of this the weather was fantastic.

We were allowed to get access right inside the Dish of the Lovell Telescope. This is a very rare opportunity. I shot all the images with either the Sigma 10-20 or my 8mm Fisheye. The latter was brilliant for this location.

Unfortunately at the moment I am in a Service Stop on free WiFi & they have Pix.ie filtered. So have to upload them to Flickr.
