Can I Get Onto XBOX Live With A USB Modem?

I was wondering if I could get online with my Xbox using only the USB modem. I don't really have an interest in the gaming aspect, just wanted to see if I could surf the net with it. Has anyone done this before?

The 360 has no browser, only "surfing" you would be doing would be with the facebook or twitter applications

You could try bridging the connection by plugging your laptop into your xbox using a ethernet cable and having the usb dongle plugged in normally, I think there is a thread telling you how to do it
