Dodgy NCT disc? (an ad on adverts.ie)

Just wondering if there's a new style of NCT cert being issued, or is this a blatant fake? http://www.adverts.ie/showproduct.php?product=206581 I only noticed because it looks so much different to one I was issued recently. The hologram and everything looks odd. Wouldn't like to think someone's trying to pull the wool…

I only noticed because it looks so much different to one I was issued recently. The hologram and everything looks odd.

Wouldn't like to think someone's trying to pull the wool here... especially since they were very quick to make the car "sold" once I queried it.
