How to remove photos from flickr sets without deleting ?

Apart from doing this one by one How can i do this ?

the flickr help page said use the organizr but this doesn't work either.

Simple, go to "Your Sets & Collection" in the Organise & Create menu

Double click on the set of which you want to remove the pictures

The simply drag and drop the image you want to remove to the bar at the bottom which will read "Drop a photo or video here to remove it from the set" (it will only show this when you pick up an image).
