Sky multiroom from an apartment info needed

MY friend has 2 sky boxs for fta channels.
SHE has a dish on the balcony.Can she take out a subscription to sky and get sky multiroom,and use the 2 cards on the 2 boxes.THE sky boxes are pace 4 years old.
SHE doesnt want a dish installed ,she has a phone line and a dish with 4 unit,4 cable outlet lnb.
IN her block, sky installations are not allowed.
will the new cards work on the old sky recievers.

CAN she get the free hd sky offer, free hd box if you subscribe to sky, and also get the sky multiroom service, thats 20, plus 7.50 for sky multiroom.ALL installed on the same day.

ARE they strict ,ie can i get sky multiroom installed if i have not got a phone,landline.

HAVE to be connected, VERY strict about that.
