Can you ever use the past participle after tar éis instead of the verbal noun?

For example: Tá feabhas maith tar éis tagtha air.

Or does it have to be 'tar éis a theacht'?

For some reason I always go to say 'tagtha'.

I would say: "Tá feabhas maith tagtha air" and "Tá feabhas maith tar éis teacht air".
