How do I cancel a subscription to Sky?

Can anybody advise me on how to cancel a subscription to Sky?

I have tried repeatedly over the last few hours to get through on 0818 719 819.

Only to listen a stupid advert for wonderful sky super tele followed by what number to choose.

The only problem is that when you follow these instruction you a disconnected, I have tried both the 5 to cancel and 2 for the accounts options.

As this is a 0818 number for which they get a kick back for using, is this Sky’s way of wringing every cent out of the customer.

Or are they doing this as a way of deterring customers from cancelling, probably a bit of both!


Any help and advice will be much appreciated
