Copying from Excel to Access

Hi Guys I want to copy information from Excel to Access. Can this be done ? I know you can do this through uploading an excel file through the external data, however can you do use a different method. Any suggestions much appreciated. Whiz

Hey dude,

I just looked it up using a search engine and it seems to have been done. In fact, there are quite a few links about it. Just put 'excel to access' into Google and away you go... ...
