Good ol' America. You can buy a shotgun in Wal-Mart, but god forbid you see a pair of tits

My thoughts precisely. You can make nudity totally legal and inoffensive as you please but the weather takes no account of any human law. Just ask anyone in a hot country where the law demands they cover themselves from head to toe.
what has this got to do with anyhting?

It's not like I'm saying it should be illegal to wear clothes I just don't see why it's illegal to not wear them. Most people would of course still cover up but I just don't see the damage this women did by walking around naked to deserve a $500 fine.

Public nudity shouldn't be a problem. It's weird that it's a social taboo. Where did it come from I wonder?

I know it's fashionable to blame the Catholic church lately, but, I BLAME THE CATHOLIC CHURCH!

Oddly enough, they should be walking around naked considering Jehova's position on the whole fig-leaf scandal.

It's too cold for nudity here! It should still be allowed though, it's a bit ridiculous to call a part of somebody's body "offensive". It's a bit insulting actually, why should boobs be "indecent" but knees are perfectly acceptable?

This story's really bad, a man was making coffee naked in his kitchen and a woman called the police because she was passing by with her son. Sometimes I really, really hate other people's morals and wish I could rule the world according to my own whims :( (puppies for all!)

That woman should be charged with being a peeping tom.

Heh that's what I thought when I first heard the story.

There's another link which says the woman cut across the man's yard. I'd have her prosecuted for trespassing.

That reminds me of the story of Susannah and the Elders in the Bible. You'll find it in the Book of Daniel. It's in the Apocrypha.

I don't see anything wrong with it , but in reality a lot of people find it uncomfortable. That may change with time but it will probably be a long time away yet.

In fairness now I don't wanna see a loada naked blokes next time im out. Squeezing onto packed Buses/Luas would deffo be awkward.

Good looking women should be allowed to go around naked. Any other way and its ghey!

Right, I think it's only right that we get that started.

To begin, all of the women on board.ie should post n00dz!

Just because you might not like it doesn't mean it should be illegal. I happen to think salt and vinegar crisps ****ing stink but they shouldn't be made illegal.

Now lets be honest we probably wouldn't want this but why shouldn't they be allowed.

    Thats a retarded comparison.

    Thats a retarded comparison.
It was a purposefully ridiculous comparison to show how ridiculous the idea is that something should be made illegal because some people don't like it.

Some people dont like being murdered. But lets not let them stop us!

There are obviously more justifiable reasons for murder being made illegal so your point doesn't stand.;)

People who are naked are more right than us! We suck not them, put non-naked people in prision!

They are behaving in a natural and normal way and should have the right to bodily integrity, which includes allowing you body to function as god/mother nature intended.

Shouldn't be illegal tbh. Why is it acceptable to be shirtlss but not boxer-less?

I think it should be banned for wimmin that are ancient and have horribly saggy t!ts which they insist on displaying on beaches esp in other countries .
