Whats the nicest thing anyone ever done for you?

On the anniversary of something really unpleasant in my life my ex bought me a bag of foil wrapped chocolates. We ate the chocs together and he made me lots of little foil rings to fit on my fingers.
I didn't realise nut he'd kept the little foil ring that fitted on my ring finger and used it to size a claddagh ring and bought it for me. He was really shy so I know taking out a piece of foil in a jewelry shop wouldve been a bit of an ordeal for him.
The ring fitted perfectly and even though we broke up a few years ago I still wear it. When I think of the sad anniversary that he got me the ring for I know also think of the day I got the ring & it reminds me that people can do really sweet nice things out of the blue and cheer up even a really bad day.

I've been very lucky as other people have done some amazingly nice things for me over the years but that's the one that sprung to mind right now.

I've got one or two friends who stuck with me through alot of ****e.

I have another who bought me a good few concert tickets and is just a genuinely good person.
