Custom made eyeglass frames in Ireland?

Would anyone know of an optician in Dublin (or Ireland for that matter) that might custom make eyeglasses frames? I've scoured the internet too, and found a few, but they were very very pricey. They ranged from 400$-1000$ and upwards. I'm only after a simple enough construct.
