there are limits to the 2 yoyo offer. I have had quite a few ( Bogey ) games refused for the 2 yoyo offer.

Kameo, Bullet witch, Pure/Lego Batman, and mirrors edge were all refused.

I don't know where you guys are looking but I was in again today and picked up another copy of Bayonetta , Bioshock 2 , Borderlands and Star Wars Force unleashed (for 2 euro).
They've actually added more titles in the Galway shop too. Red Faction , Boarderlands and a few others are in there.

Today@ 12:30 - stood in Xtra Vision and picked out a shed load of cheap PS3 games and then called Gamestop from the shop to see which ones would be eligble for the deal. I ended up buying Need for speed underground, dead space and 2 copies of Skate which I bought for a grand total of €29 in Xrtra Vision

12:50 - Traded above games for 2 copy's of Dante's Inferno and 2 copies of Bioshock 2. Which cost an additional €20.

This eveing at some point - I am now going to go back to Xtra Vision and get €120 trade in value on it. I have also been told that XV are starting some savage deal tomorrow when you buy new games.

I recommend screwing gamestop for all they are worth as they are the worst of the worst when it comes to games and deals.

F*ck them all!

Actually I'm more inclined to buy my next game in gamestop after the practical rape of them I've done in the past two weeks lol.

They must know that they are getting lashed with this deal. Gamestop is always way more expensive then anywhere else.

There is probably some kind of serum on the games that is condusive to mind control and I will probably end up going back and spending every bit of money I have there getting in to debt and then working it off by becoming a gamestop employee.

Although there is/was a hot laydee working in the Stephens Green one, so if I have to work there it will probably be that one!!!!!

There nearly as bad a Tesco. The Bast*rds!

I was in the Crescent store today, i traded Fifa 09, NFS: Pro Street, GOW 1, Guitar Hero 2(w/guitar) and Colin McRae Rally (All 360) and got Bioshock 2, PGR4 and Vancouver 2010 and 8 euro credit left over. Not a bad deal.

Have piss all money until Friday but want BC2. Any ideas. Only games I want to trade in are PES 2010 and Uncharted 2.

Any ideas or will I have to wait til Friday/Thursday night?

Uncharted 2 should definitely get you Bioshock 2 for the €5!

PES 10 will get you Dante's Inferno and Uncharted 2 will get you Bioshock 2,take them both to any of the following,Xtravision,HMV,Game or Smyths and trade them for BC2.

Dude trade uncharted 2 in HMV and get a few cheapy games and trade them in for 3 or 4 copies of Bioshock in gamestop then get 2-3 copies of Bad Company 2 in Game ...it's how we roll here

I traded R6: Vegas in the Blackpool store in Cork with no problems for the €5 deal.

Think your better off ringing shop to find out if games qualify as i noticed this morning some games that were accepted last week are now selling at €14.99 and dont qualify for €5 games anymore.

I traded RSV in Gamestop Limerick for the deal last week but its no longer being accepted.
I assume that the value of the game drops the more copies they have and it no longer qualifies.

Just back from xtra Vision and I traded:
2 x Bioshock 2 - PS3
1 x Dantes Inferno - PS3
1 x Dantes Inferno - X360

I got €120 credit. Now I am just waiting for there new deals to start. They are suppossed to stArt this morning but there having IT issues or something. Anyway, the deals are suppossed to be pretty sweet. 2 games for €30 and and deals like that.

I am looking at getting God of War 3, Final Fantasy 13 and either Heavy rain or Fifa 10 for desert! Should be covered in €120 bills.

Oh, by the way, this whole thing has cost me €49. Defo worth trading the games in at gamestop!

Just after seeing this thread now :O anyone know how long the gamestop deal will run for? is there a list of games gamestop will take or is just store by store? i have Dirt2 that i want to get rid of and fallout 3, anyone had success trading them in? also have xtravision not realised what is going on yet :P

I traded in Fallout 3 no bother and I would imagine Dirt 2 will be okay too. There is no specific list the game just has to have a sell on value of 15 euro

The new deal in Xtra Vision is 2 games for 30 or 2 games for 50. There are several titles in each deal. I am waiting to get the list of games. I will post as soon as I have.

I tried GameStop in Limerick(william st). They didnt take RS:Vegas or Viva Pinata as part of the deal, offered me €1 in credit each instead.
